Diesel is about power. And no matter what job your equipment does for you, your power and efficiency start with pure clean fuel so, your improvements should start with FASS.

Here’s why:

Water, Dirt, Air and Vapor. They contaminate diesel fuel, Which will reduce engine performance! When fuel passes through the stock filter, it breaks large air bubbles into smaller ones, but they still get through and air still reaches your injection components.

With air in the injector tip, there is no fluid damping, which allows the plunger to impact the tip with up to 50% greater force which leads to cracked injector tips or even worse, tips that are broken off into the cylinder. Plus, the presence of air reduces lubrication by at least 10%, which causes galling and scoring. When combined with high pressure in fuel, the injector orifice is exposed to a cutting torch effect, damaging your injectors even more. This air can also retard the timing of your injectors, leaving less time for the fuel to properly atomize across the piston, and causing more heat concentration that will damage your pistons.

FASS removes these contaminants. This reduces the wear of your expensive fuel injection components to keep your equipment operating longer. The FASS process begins way ahead of conventional fuel systems. Entering under a vacuum and exiting under pressure, FASS removes dirt and debris before fuel enters the electric fuel pump. Next, fuel then enters the high-efficiency Extreme Water Separator. Here, FASS traps and removes 99.96% of the water molecules. Air and vapor are then returned back to the fuel tank.
